![]() I apologise in advance if this has already been answered elsewhere but my search criteria did not return anything useful. I followed the Programming PICs with a programmer procedure without any success. The only thing I've noticed on this project that is different from my own projects is that R1 is 2K whereas all of my projects would have a value of 4k7 or above for the pull up. I have measured VDD 3.29 when powered from the Pickit and 3.21 when powered from USB. The following memory regions failed to program correctly:Īddress: 00000000 Expected Value: 0004a800 Received Value: 00000000 I've attempted to program the PIC24FJ64GA002 with BPv3-Bootloader-v4.4.hex using the Pickits power and the USB interface. ![]() Given that the procedure seemed harmless, I thought I'd give it a go. In my infinite wisdom I decided to upgrade the firmware to the latest and greatest. I've been very happy with it and I wanted to take advantage of the features the new firmware had to offer. I've been a proud owner of a Bus Pirate V3.5 for a few months now.
